Beau played hooky one day this week so we could take the kids on their first trip to our local water park for the day. It was a fabulous day all around. Trinity has turned into a fearless wonder. She tore down every ride available for her and tried to finagle her way onto the big kid rides too. Brendan was all smiles and splashes until the stroke of 12:30. He was out like a light in his personal cabana with all the hullabaloo and noise around him. We will definitely make an encore performance at the water park (though not before trying to figure out when we can go when no one else will be there).
